Many public beaches are maintained by the City of Kenora. Beaches include areas surfaced with sand, rock, grass, pavement, wood or any other material, as well as any docks, piers, lookout decks, boardwalks or similar structures.

Please be considerate of others enjoying theses recreational spaces. Always be water safe.

  • Follow all COVID-19 Provincial guidelines and directives for safe physical and social distancing
  • Wear a face covering when physical distancing is a challenge
  • Bring hand sanitizer
  • Practice good hand hygiene
  • No smoking or use of tobacco products on City beaches
  • Pets are not permitted on City beaches

On Lake of the Woods, turn off Hwy. 17 West onto Main Street, then right onto Beach Road.
